Metallurgist and lab supervisor at NSL Analytical, Eric Roth, has been nominated for Heat Treat Today’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2025.

Eric began his career as a process engineer at Nitrex after college, quickly advancing to his current position at NSL. This recognition from Heat Treat Today stems from Eric’s unique combination of deep technical knowledge, rapid learning and a passion for sharing his expertise. 

Eric will be honored at Heat Treat 2025, an ASM International-affiliated conference scheduled to take place from October 21-23 in Detroit.
