Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you that NSL Analytical Services, Inc. remains operational as an Essential Business. The heightened good hygiene practices, social distancing, and split work force measures our company put in place over the past three weeks has been effective to date. The NSL team remains healthy and continues to service its customers in the manner you have come to expect. We are requesting that customers alert us if they experience any COVID-19 related challenges within our business model, and we will work with you to accommodate as necessary.

The Governor of Ohio issued an order dated March 22, 2020 (the “Order”), which requires all individuals living in the State of Ohio to stay home except, among other things, to participate in “Essential Businesses and Operations”, as defined in the Order. “Director’s Stay at Home Order” (Mar. 22, 2020), https://posting.clevescene.com/media/pdf/ohio_stayhome.pdf#viewer.action=download.

Pursuant to Section 12(a) of the Order, Essential Businesses and Operations is defined to include all workers identified in the Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During COVID-19 Response, issued on March 19, 2020 by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (the “CISA Memo”). Id. In addition, Section 12(v) of the Order defines Essential Businesses and Operations to include manufacturing companies, distributors and supply chain companies supplying essential products and services used by other Essential Businesses and Operations, as well as other critical industries.

NSL’s contribution to the response to the COVID-19 pandemic is imperative and we are proud of the work our team is doing to support the response. I remind you that our highest priority remains the health and well-being of our people, our customers, and our suppliers. We are continuing to monitor the situation and follow guidance from WHO and CDC as well as state and local government.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns or questions. Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,
